How to Get Started

Below is our process for coordinating medical evaluations.

Primma Wellness does not prescribe, dispense, or ship medications.

Step 1: Choose Your Coordination Plan

Select the referral and coordination service that best fits your goals. Each plan covers secure intake routing, provider review, and communication support.

Step 2: Complete Your Medical Intake

After checkout, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your medical intake form. This collects your relevant health information for licensed provider review.

Step 3: Provider Evaluation & Decision

A licensed medical provider reviews your intake submission to determine eligibility. If approved, your prescription and dosage are established directly by the provider under medical supervision.

Step 4: Prescription & Fulfillment

If a prescription is issued, it is processed and shipped only by a licensed U.S. pharmacy.

Primma Wellness does not handle, store, or ship medications. You will receive pharmacy-issued tracking information once fulfillment is completed.
